In Home Support

Caring for a disabled family member is often tiring and extremely time consuming. 

Our in-home support services will provide some necessary relief:

  • Respite (in-home or out of the home)

  • Community Access & Day Program Activities

  • Hygiene Care (Showering, Toileting)

  • Domestic Assistance (Cleaning, Laundry, Meal Prep and Yard Maintenance)

  • Home Modifications

  • Nursing and Allied Health services

Support Coordination

We help you understand your NDIS plan, build your capacity to meet your goals, implement the right support services, help resolve any complex issues and assist in planning and preparing for your NDIS plan review.

If you don't have an NDIS plan - we can help prepare and help you apply for funding.

Day Programs and Activities

Our group (or 1:1 / 1:2 / 1:3) "out of the box" innovative day programs include:

  • music

  • art and craft

  • board games and video games

  • exercise and gym

  • nature play

  • sensory therapy (special cubby house)

  • cooking classes

  • gardening

  • silent discos, and

  • themed events and special days.

Adventure Freedom Holiday Program

Everyone deserves a holiday, including you and your loved one.

We have skilled staff who host weekend and holiday adventure programs, such as:

  • camping (2 or 3 night stays)

  • theme parks

  • picnic and day trips

  • respite holidays to visit family

  • specialised adventures (kayaking, indoor rock climbing, indoor skydiving) and much more!

Community Access Program

Our support workers are trained to provide assistance to your loved one that will build his/her capacity to be as independent as possible with all activities of daily living.

They may include:

  • Learning to catch public transport

  • Ordering a meal (communication)

  • How to borrow a book from the public Library

  • Developing appropriate behaviour and social skills

  • Shopping for groceries (meal prep)

  • Attending Allied Health appointments

  • Improving communication skills and meaningful relationships outside of the family unit.
